Sjednica Skupštine Kantona Sarajevo na ivici je incidenta. Tokom rasprave o imenovanju nove ministrice pravde KS Darje Softić-Kadenić krenula je rasprava Elmedina Konakovića i zastupnice SDA Jasmine Bišćević-Tokić.
Ona je istakla da je nova ministrica u mogućem sukobu interesa jer su joj majka i sestra notari na šta je Konaković kazao da je ona u sukobu interesa jer joj muž radi na KCUS-u.
Bišćević-Tokić je konstatirala da zastupnik Konaković pretjeruje s politiziranjem.
– Kada izgovarate moje ime ima da ustanete – rekla je Bišćević-Tokić, ističući da je Konaković uzrujan i uzbuđen.
Burno je reagirao Konaković koji je istakao da ona ne može znati kada je on uzbuđen. U raspravu se uključio i zastupnik Haris Zahiragić koji je optužio Konakovića za seksizam jer je spomenuo riječ “uzbuđen”.
– Sram vas bilo kolega Konakoviću! – rekao je Zahiragić.
Reagirao je Konaković:
– Ti si bolestan. Ovo je bolesno. Ovo samo bolesna glava može uraditi, zato što ne piješ te kapi koje bi trebao piti – rekao je Konaković.
Bišćević-Tokić je uznemirena napustila sjednicu.
Prije ove burne rasprave Zvonko Marić iz SBB-a je zatražio polusatnu pauzu, koja je trajala mnogo duže.
Marić je kazao da pauzu traži zbog digniteta Skupštine Kantona Sarajevo kako bi se strasti smirile zbog burne rasprave SDA-ovih zastupnika Mahira Devića i Harisa Zahiragića, s jedne, i zastupnika Naroda i pravde Elmedina Konakovića, sa druge strane.
