U Općinskom sudu u Sarajevu počelo je suđenje Jasminu Hatiću optuženom za pucnjavu u Fehadiji 15. decembra prošle godine. U pucnjavi su povrijeđeni Almer Inajetović s kojim je Hatić ranije bio u sukobu, te fudbaler Mirza Bašić koji je snimao reklamu, i njegova kolegica.
Na suđenju je svjedočila I. D. tadašnja, a sada bivša Almerova djevojka, koja je izjavila da je samo čula kako je pucalo nešto poput petardi.
Ona je pala, a Almera je vidjela kako je skakutao i u skokovima otrčao.
– Ona je izjavila da nije vidjela ni ko je pucao, a ni trenutak kada su druge osobe ranjene. Izjavila je da se ne smatra oštećenom u ovom predmetu- kazao je za portal “Avaza” , sarajevski advokat Rijad Kapo koji zastupa Hatića.
Na pretres je pozvan i Almer Inajetović, ali se on nije pojavio.
Nastavak suđenja zakazan je za 24. juni.
