Neke žene u Hrvatskoj tvrde da im je narušeno pravo na pristup ginekologu samo zato jer su lezbejke. Za svoja osnovna prava bore se svakodnevno, a suočavaju se s najbizarnijim situacijama, piše Dnevnik.hr.
– Ginekolog pita jesu li imale spolne odnose i one kažu da žive s partnerkom. Onda ginekolog s podsmijehom kaže: “Aha, nemate polne odnose.” Trivijalizuje se cijeli aspekt njene ličnosti i nečijeg života, što vas isto užasno povrijedi. Dođe žena i kaže: “Imam seksualne odnose sa svojom partnerkom” pa on kaže: “Aha, treba uzeti manje instrumente, ili takve nekakve neukusne komentare” – rekao je Daniel Martinović.
To je česta situacija u kojoj se nađu lezbejke koje traže primarnu zdravstvenu zaštitu.
– Kada se žena liječi od neplodnosti, bez obzira na njenu seksualnu orijentaciju, ako ona kaže da ima partnerku, imali smo neke slučajeve gdje su ginekolozi odbili uopšte ići u ikakve dalje preglede. Obrazloženje je da tu treba da budu žena i muškarac da bi se išlo u liječenje neplodnosti – rekao je Martinović.
